2026 Fall Career Fair Week: Organized by Job Function
Our 2026 Fall Career Fair Week events are structured by job function — the primary skillset required for the role — not by industry or organizational identity.
When selecting your night, determine how you will evaluate candidates:
- If candidates are evaluated primarily on technical STEM skills, choose Monday.
- If evaluated primarily on business, financial, analytical, creative, legal, or market-facing skills, choose Tuesday.
- If evaluated primarily on service delivery, care, education, ministry, or public impact, choose Wednesday.
If you hire across multiple functions, you may attend more than one night; however, prioritize the night that aligns with your primary or highest-volume hiring needs.
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2026
Engineering, Science & Technology Night*
4:30 – 8:30 p.m. ET | Dahnke Ballroom | Duncan Student Center
Designed For
Employers hiring for roles requiring formal technical training in engineering, computing, mathematics, or the sciences. Registration is based on the technical function of the role, regardless of industry.
