Center for Career Development, located in Duncan Student Center, coordinates all on-campus recruiting for undergraduate & graduate students. Career Development utilizes a career services management system – Go IRISH to facilitate our online system powered by Symplicity.
Manage your on-campus recruiting efforts online – from schedule request and adding position(s), to candidate selection and viewing your final interview schedules. Through Go IRISH, students have access to your online recruiting information twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. After logging onto the system, request on-campus interview dates by clicking “Create New OCR Schedule Request” under the Quick Links heading on the Go IRISH home page.
Virtual & Phone Interviews
Face-to-face interviews provide the optimal experience to meet our students. We also offer virtual (Zoom preferred) and phone interviews as alternate processes for the convenience of recruiters. The Go IRISH system can still be utilized with these types of interviews. To confirm room availability for this technology, please email Jamie Thomson in advance of your visit.
Overview of a Typical Recruiting Day
Interviews are typically from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m EST with at least an hour blocked for lunch. Contact Career Development if space is needed beyond these hours. The interviews are held in the Center for Career Development on the fifth floor of Duncan Student Center unless you have made other arrangements with us. Interview packets will be printed and given to you upon arrival unless you have notified us that your team has chosen to print these.
